Teacher Store Limited Terms and Conditions
Installation
- All installation prices are based on the information provided and may be subject to change following a review of the site conditions, updated drawings, and/or schedules.
- Any delays caused by late deliveries of products not supplied by Teacher Store Limited will be subject to further charges to cover the cost of any downtime.
- In the event that an installation operative cannot undertake their work due to disruptions caused by circumstances out of Teacher Store Limited’s control, a charge of £44 per hour will be applied until such time that the work can be resumed.
- All quotations that include service items do not include the connection of services such as Gas, Power, Water, and Wastes.
- All certification and testing of appliances must be carried out by your main M&E contractor, who will also be responsible for ensuring that all supplies are sufficient.
- All domestic appliances do not include any warranty if they are used in a commercial environment.
- Silicone sealant is not included to finish fitted products to walls and floors.
Product Supply
- All products supplied by Teacher Store Limited remain the property of Teacher Store Limited until full payment has been received.
- Our standard lead time from receipt of the purchase order to delivery of the product is 6-8 weeks.
- All deliveries should be checked, and any damages reported within 48 hours.
Design & Schedules
- All drawings and schedules supplied by Teacher Store Limited remain the intellectual property of Teacher Store Limited, and any use or reproduction is expressly prohibited without our written consent.
- All documents provided should be checked by our clients to ensure they meet their requirements before issuing orders for products.
Cancellation
- Once an order has been confirmed, should you wish to cancel or delay the installation within 14 days of the agreed commencement date, a charge of 50% of the quoted installation cost will be incurred.
- Should an order for products be cancelled, we reserve the right to charge for any material, labour, or restocking costs incurred.
- We reserve the right to charge for an abortive visit where installation cannot take place due to reasons beyond our control.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery charges will apply based on the size and weight of the products ordered.
- Expedited delivery options are available at an additional cost.

Handling Damaged Products
- If a product arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged product.
- Please retain all original packaging and documentation for the damaged product, as it may be required for the return process.
Warranty Details
- All products come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and details of the defect.
- We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
- Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorised personnel will void the warranty.
