Complete with self-regulated thermostat and resistance to both UV and extremely low temperatures, the body of this emergency shower and eyewash is built using steel and powder coated in a durable Rilsan coating. The unit is then sealed with an adhesive and a Velcro seal to help maintain the good condition of the unit in even the harshest weather conditions.
The shower unit can be operated simply and easily by using the pull rod, which will activate a continuous flow of water that only stops on the pull rod is moved back into its original position. The eyewash station will also produce a continuous flow of water when its push handle is switched into the ‘on’ position.
The inlet for the shower is the usual 1-1/4” and the operating pressure of the unit remains at a recommended 2 bar with a minimum of 1.5 bar and a maximum of 8 bar.
